What we build.

Each job starts with data that does not agree with itself: telemetry that contradicts the work orders, a patient record split across systems, a case file with two versions of one fact, a business spread across six tools. Each one ends with a system where the answer shows its source and a person makes the call.

Six kinds of system, scoped the same way.

01 · Industrial and manufacturing

Equipment that warns before it fails

For
Maintenance, reliability, quality and operations teams in plants, data centers and switchgear shops, in English, Spanish or both.
You get
Early warning on failing equipment with a cited recommendation, vendor and in-house documents answerable by page and revision, and machine data read from Modbus, MQTT or a historian into a record you can query, with no write path back to the controller.
You bring
Drawings, telemetry or historian access, maintenance history, the document set, and the person who owns the decision on the floor.
Not included
Equipment control, safety decisions or regulatory certification. The software proposes; it has no path to a breaker.

02 · Clinical, legal and civic

Records that check themselves

For
Specialty medical practices, law offices and public agencies, and any team reviewing forms, inspection records, testimony or archives where the entries have to agree with each other and with a source.
You get
Extraction and cross-checking that link every field to where it came from and flag what conflicts or is missing, workflows shaped to how the office actually runs, and a tamper-evident log of what the system did.
You bring
Authorized examples, the rules a reviewer applies today, the record handling requirements that apply, and the reviewer.
Not included
Clinical or legal decisions, and automatic rulings. The system surfaces the conflict; a person settles it.

03 · Agents, MCP servers and apps

Agents that work across your tools

For
Specialists whose day spans several systems: market data, brokerage, accounting, files, work boards, field or fleet tools. Also teams that want a model connected to their own software, or need the app around it.
You get
One agent with purpose-built connections to those systems, allowed to act only through the actions you configure, with a record of what it did and why. MCP servers for your own software, and a web or iOS app where the work needs one.
You bring
The tools and the access, the decisions you want help with, and the actions it must never take on its own.
Not included
Unsupervised trading or payments, and any action without a configured gate.

04 · Archives and large data

Large archives, verified and answerable

For
Archives, libraries, researchers and companies holding large datasets that are slow to query, hard to verify, or one outage away from being out of reach.
You get
A verified local copy with a manifest for every file, a layout rebuilt for the questions people actually ask, and search or an app on top where every answer names its source and snapshot.
You bring
The dataset or access to it, the questions it has to answer, and your storage and retention requirements.
Not included
Copying data you are not licensed to hold. The scope names the license for each source.

06 · Model and safety evaluation

Models tested before they are trusted

For
Teams about to give an agent tools, money or more autonomy, and teams choosing a model or architecture for a specific job.
You get
A contained test harness built around your agent and its tools, scenarios that vary one pressure at a time, results reported as rates across a sweep with the transcripts attached, and a written finding.
You bring
The agent or model, its tools and permissions, and the behaviors you most need to rule out.
Not included
Certification, and tests against live systems or real people. Every run stays inside the sandbox.

How it works

Four steps, one decision at each.

  1. Free call

    Tell us the problem, who has it and what it costs you today. No questionnaire, no documents.

  2. Diagnostic, fixed price, up to $3,000

    A written finding: what data you have, what is missing, what to build and what not to build. Sometimes the answer is nothing.

  3. Build or pilot

    Scoped and priced on its own, with milestones you can inspect and a way to measure whether it worked.

  4. Handover

    Source code or a hosted system, documented, with support and running costs written down before we start.

Scope and price are in writing before any paid work. Consulting outside a build is $125 an hour.

We have also scoped intake and back-office automation, bilingual work instructions and staff training. If the problem is data that does not add up, ask. The diagnostic will say whether it is worth building.
